Ron DeSantis: ESG Is a House of Cards that Will Come Down

DESANTIS: "Really, you're right, they're not. They also charge more. But here's the thing with -- with -- with ESG and what we're doing, if those ESG investments are actually the best investments, you can do it. We're not preventing you from doing that at all. If buying solar panels companies and all that, if that is what -- what is going to return the best, you're not restricted at all. You're only restricted if ESG is the rule, because there could be lucrative areas that you are just not going to do because of the politics of it. And I think that is where you run into a big, big problem. But -- but I really do think that this is kind of a house of cards. I think it's going to come crashing down.”
