Senator John McCain (R-AZ) disputed to NewsTalk 550 Monday morning the anonymous White House official who said that outgoing Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel was “not up to the job.”
“Chuck Hagel is an honorable man,” McCain said. “They’re gonna say, well, it was time for a change, and all that. But I can tell you, he was in my office last week, he was very frustrated. We have no strategy.”
