CULLORS Yes there has ░░░░░░░░ so much clarity for ░░░░░░░░ a questioning for me ░░░░░░░░ don t know if ░░░░░░░░ have clarity or answers ░░░░░░░░ but I m like ░░░░░░░░ this doesn t seem ░░░░░░░░ this doesn t seem ░░░░░░░░ for us This 990 ░░░░░░░░ this nonprofit system structure ░░░░░░░░ is like deeply unsafe ░░░░░░░░ this is being literally ░░░░░░░░ against us against the ░░░░░░░░ we work with I ░░░░░░░░ t tell you how ░░░░░░░░ people are like am ░░░░░░░░ next Like are they ░░░░░░░░ to do this to ░░░░░░░░ So there s not ░░░░░░░░ lot of that s ░░░░░░░░ when you you know ░░░░░░░░ you run an organization ░░░░░░░░ people s morale in ░░░░░░░░ is so important MODERATOR ░░░░░░░░ CULLORS But if their ░░░░░░░░ and the people in ░░░░░░░░ are being attacked and ░░░░░░░░ at everything they do ░░░░░░░░ leads to deep burnout ░░░░░░░░ leads to deep like ░░░░░░░░ and trauma And so ░░░░░░░░ think that other piece ░░░░░░░░ me around you know ░░░░░░░░ I think it s ░░░░░░░░ for people to understand ░░░░░░░░ and it s connected ░░░░░░░░ to this question but ░░░░░░░░ is a there is ░░░░░░░░ misinformation and disinformation effort ░░░░░░░░ not just challenge Black ░░░░░░░░ Matter and the organization ░░░░░░░░ it s an experiment ░░░░░░░░ they win then it ░░░░░░░░ the next black led ░░░░░░░░ MODERATOR Yes it is ░░░░░░░░ And then it s ░░░░░░░░ next black led organization ░░░░░░░░ it s the next ░░░░░░░░ person who s leading ░░░░░░░░ And so it s ░░░░░░░░ important that we pay ░░░░░░░░ to what’s happening.
